Foggy Shore
This was taken on my iphone in the morning at my friends lake house. You can see the sun just starting to rise behind the trees, the lake was very foggy so you couldn't see far. I tried to capture how peaceful it was that early in the morning. I really love landscapes because they are never the same. Nature changes so much and s fast that no two pictures can be the same. Just after this was taken the sun started to rise quickly and the fog started to disappear.
Fetch A Break
This is my brother golden, Kali, it was taken at our cabin up north. It is one of her favorite places because there are always so many dogs and there is so much space for her to play. I blurred the background a little to make her pop out more. This was taken during the day in summer right after she laid down from playing fetch. I tried to make the picture "warm" to give a sweet comforting feeling. She is such a sweet photogenic dog.
Misty Lake
In this photo I tried to keep it simple by not having a lot of chaos while also having multiple focus points, such as the boat and the paw prints. I tried to capture the relaxing feeling of a bright early morning. The sun started to come up and brighten the lake and the fog was covering the lake so you could't see much. I tried to make to background disappear into the fog which limits distraction in the photo. I took this on my Iphone.
Drifting Still
This is a candid photo I took of my brother. He got me my first camera for my birthday, which is what this was taken with. We both love riding ATVs so I wanted to get pictures of him jumping and drifting. I took this after he drifted, he came up to me to see how the pictures turned out and I got this picture when he wasn't paying attention. This was during the day in summer at our cabin up north.
Sitting In Clouds
This is a photo I took of my cat Bella. This was a rare photo because she doesn't like to sit still but she had just woke up when I took these so she stayed calm. For this photo, hung up a blanket for the background, put down some stuffing, and laid fairy light over the stuffing. I had the lights in the room turned off so only the fairy light were on. This was the first time I ever shot in raw setting.
